The Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center (UECC) is a non-profit organization located in the suburbs of Philadelphia in Jenkintown, PA. Founded in 1980, UECC is a focal point of Ukrainian-American cultural life in the Delaware Valley. The objective of the UECC is to preserve and promote awareness of Ukrainian heritage throughout the community. It houses over 30 community, educational, professional, and scholarly organizations and a Ukrainian Library.

Olia Hercules, among many other accomplishments, runs an online cookery school and community through the Patreon subscription platform and posts videos of Ukrainian cooking and beyond on Youtube.

The Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) has been vital in promoting and preserving Ukrainian cuisine by collecting, sharing, and publishing traditional Ukrainian recipes for nearly a century. As part of this mission, the UNWLA began collecting and publishing Ukrainian recipes in its monthly magazine, "Our Life".

Taras Shevchenko National Museum in Kyiv. The museum is based on the exhibits of the former Taras Shevchenko picture gallery in Kharkiv and the Taras Shevchenko Central State Museum in Kyiv. Nowadays its main priorities focus on inclusion, international art projects, interactive exhibitions and educational programs.

There are thirteen Shevchenko Museums in the world. The only Shevchenko Museum in the Americas is this one, in Toronto, Canada. "Founder of the modern literary Ukrainian language, Shevchenko became the first Ukrainian poet to achieve an international reputation."

The Ukrainian Institute of America, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in New York dedicated to promoting the art, literature, and music of Ukraine and the Ukrainian diaspora. It serves both as a center for the Ukrainian-American community and as America’s “Window on Ukraine,” hosting art exhibits, children’s programs, concerts, film screenings, full educational programs, lectures, literary evenings, poetry readings, symposia, all open to the public. Their website has extensive archives displaying previous art exhibitions starting in 2011 and retellings and photos of past music concerts.

This Institute of National Memory houses several digital archive projects, including features on the contemporary Russian aggression against Ukraine, Ukrainian independence, the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921, and World War II.
