How to get the spacing around your pictures just right.

To better interact with the Library's Drupal site, calls for files in the global custom css no longer specify http or https.

Guide templates re-named and re-described to show use of the side-navigation, single-column layout as the default.

UCLA's published LibGuides are now indexed in Summon.

New page, with links to "before" and "after" guides.

Changed to reflect upcoming switch to all side-navigation. Removed info on tab-nav, added a box on conversion tips.

New enhancements to the A-Z List. You can now filter results by major vendors and/or the type of content they contain/index. We've also changed the link to Databases by Subjects into a searchable drop-down that lists all of the subject categories.

See Berkeley's A-Z List for an example. We're going with a much smaller list of only major multi-database vendors.

The LibGuides search box is now a federated search! As a starter, it now searches both the guides and the A-Z Databases. As we figure out how to do them, I'll try adding the following. Check here for updates.

• Library main site: DIIT checking to see if Drupal/SOLR will support
• Library Catalog: DIIT determined Voyager cannot support without extensive work
• Melvyl: need to check with OCLC if WorldCat Local can support
• ArticlesPlus: I have the code for generating a Summon API, but it's a php script we need to host on our own servers.
