UCLA Distinguished Professor Chon Noriega (UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, former director of the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center) shares the story of how a quick-thinking producer saved tapes from the Chicano public affairs program Reflecciones (KABC-TV, 1972-74) and the subsequent partnership with the UCLA Film & Television Archive that, years later, preserved these materials and made them available for research.
