DCRM(B) Options
Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Materials (Books) [DCRM(B)], developed by the Bibliographic Standards Committee of the Rare Books and Manuscripts Section of ACRL, in collaboration with the Cataloging Policy and Support Office of the Library of Congress, provides a certain number of options to its guidelines and instructions for descriptive cataloging of rare books.
Rule options, outlined in Section IV, necessitate local implantation policy. The following decisions taken by the Clark Library adhere to the Objectives and Principles fully defined in Section III of the Introduction.
