Check your campus travel site and the UC Travel Portal for information about making lodging arrangements.

The University of California offers the following Hotel Discounts & Contract Rates:

  • Hotel discounts of up to 20% with Marriott properties.
  • Negotiated rates with Wyndham Hotels.
  • Partnership with Airbnb for Work (Airbnb for UC).

For travelers visiting UCLA, the following local hotels have established agreements with the UC Travel Center to provide discounted rates to University travelers.

UCLA:

  • UCLA Luskin Conference Center (on campus)
  • Hotel Angeleno
  • Check the UCLA Travel Services site for additional information about local hotels.

The UCLA Guest House is also on campus and a short walk to the event venue. Contact directly for rates.

Rates may be over your campus maximum for reimbursement, so check with your local business office before booking a room if you would like to confirm reimbursement rates.
