Starting as a grassroots movement in Brooklyn in 2014, afikra is now a global media and educational platform focused on the histories and cultures of the Arab world. By tuning into their podcasts, attending their virtual and/or in-person events, and following their accounts on social media, your team can learn more about the Arab world from leading scholars, intellectuals, chefs, writers, filmmakers, and more.

A non-profit platform that aims to share independent films from the Arab region with audiences from all over the world. The platform selects films that have not had the opportunity to be widely screened elsewhere.

ANA Contemporary Arab Cinema is an annual film series, that highlights award-winning films by today's best Arab directors

The Arab American National Museum (AANM) is the first and only museum of its kind in the United States devoted to recording the Arab American experience. It serves as a touchstone that connects communities to Arab American culture and experiences. Since opening in 2005, AANM’s goal has been to document, preserve and present the history, culture and contributions of Arab Americans.

The Arab Film and Media Institute (AFMI) is the first organization of its kind outside the Arab world, a unique ecosystem to find, nurture and develop Arab film and media projects. They also host the annual Arab Film Festival in San Franscisco.

A distribution project starting in 1990 with the objective to maintain a permanent flow of Arab film to audiences.

The Arab Film Institute, is an Arab Non Profit Cultural Association. The Institute is designed to promote, inspire, influence and mainly to engage Arab film professionals under one roof. The main mission of the Institute is to preserve, educate, support, honor Arab film professional and their work around the Arab world and worldwide.

The Arab American National Museum (AANM), Arab Film and Media Institute (AFMI), and ArteEast proudly present the Arab Film Series, a monthly curated online program of contemporary and classic films, followed by discussions with Arab, Arab American, and diasporic filmmakers, connecting a worldwide community through film, dialogue, and activism.

Since its founding in 2003 as a NY-based arts collective specializing in Middle Eastern film programming, ArteEast has become a leading organization advocating for and supporting artists from the South West Asia North Africa (SWANA) region and its diaspora, engaging with New York, U.S. and international audiences and arts communities. Independently and through strategic partnerships, ArteEast delivers in-person and virtual programs such as film screenings, exhibitions, cultural events, and online publications.

Farhang Foundation is a member-supported, non-religious, non-political, not-for-profit organization established in 2008 to celebrate and promote Iranian art and culture for the benefit of the community-at-large. They also host the Annual Farhang Foundation Short Film Festival, offering filmmakers the opportunity to compete for prestigious recognition and cash prizes up to $10,000.

The Hollywood Arab Film Festival is born right at the heart of Hollywood City, with the aim of providing Arab and North African filmmakers with the opportunity to gather, create and showcase their work. Rooted from a belief in our strategic objectives; to build, educate & advocate, Hollywood Arab Film Association team is continuously working on initiatives to bring our vision to reality.
