Use this guide to answer your PBL Learning Issue. Click Patient Questions if your question requires information about individuals. Click Population/Society Questions if your questions are about a larger population. 

TIPS:

• A simple Google or Wikipedia search may not be reputable information. Think "evidence-based"! (see articles below)
• Break down your question! For example "What are current policies in the US governing the use of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)" can be broken down into three parts (or maybe even more!):
  • What is PGD?
  • Which policies talk about this?
  • What does "use" mean? Does "use" pertain to regulation? Patents? Something else?
