The collection contains mostly monographs published in Western countries. They are travelogues on Korea. The collection also contains other types of materials such as periodicals, pamphlets, and thesis on Korea and other Asian regions.
Biography: Rex G. Fisher studied education in college and he served the US Army. As an agent in Counter Intelligence Corps, he stationed in Korea from 1955 to 1956. After return to the US, he completed a mater’s degree program with a thesis on the Korean Independence Movement of 1919.
