LA Hop
Los Angeles, County Homeless Outreach Portal (LA-HOP) is designed to assist people experiencing homelessness in LA County with outreach services.
PATH Los Angeles
PATH helps people find permanent housing and provides case management, medical and mental healthcare, benefits advocacy, employment training, and other services. Since 2013, PATH has connected more than 9,000 people to permanent homes.

Safe Place for Youth

Safe Place for Youth prioritizes low barriers for entry, harm-reduction, a trauma-informed approach, and the provision of a safe, supportive environment. We do this through a continuum of care that includes street outreach, access center services, case management, health and wellness, and education and employment programs.
Daniel's Place

Daniel’s Place assists individuals ages 18-28, who are experiencing a mental health need, and who may or may not be experiencing homelessness. We believe that community and a comfortable social environment are the beginning of a sense of belonging and the path towards wellness and recovery. Daniel’s Place assists in navigating the mental healthcare system with support, education, and advocacy. Daniel’s Place serves young adults with serious mental health issues, primarily:

Bipolar disorder
Schizophrenia disorders

St. Joseph Center Bread and Roses Cafe
Bread and Roses Cafe serves hot, nutritious meals to homeless men and women in a restaurant-style setting that fosters dignity and respect. Meals are made fresh daily by a professional chef, and a dedicated case manager is on-site to connect guests to the services they need to get back on their feet.
Meals on Wheels West

Meals on Wheels West provides community based services that nourish and enrich the lives of our homebound neighbors of all ages by providing nutritious meals, an emergency preparedness program and referrals to other services that promote independent living and wellbeing.

CalFresh

The CalFresh Program (formerly known as Food Stamps) helps low-income households increase their food-buying power to meet their household’s nutritional needs. CalFresh benefits issued through Electronic Benefit Transfer, also known as EBT card, can be used in grocery stores and participating Farmers Markets. Homeless, elderly or disabled persons may purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants with their EBT card.
