Cluster 60W: Health, Politics, and Culture: Medicare and Medicaid in the 1960s

Meet Michael Lima-Sabatini

Name: Michael Lima-Sabatini

Cluster: 60, America in Sixties: Politics, Society, and Culture, 1954 to 1974

Major: Public Affairs

Hometown: Yorba Linda, CA

Fun fact: I have a twin sister!

I wished I’d known: Professor/TA office hours are almost always empty. I wish I would've taken advantage of that time more to ask questions, receive feedback on work, and establish rapport with the teaching staff.

Benefit of taking a cluster: Clusters allow students to explore broad ideas from multiple disciplinary perspectives, which creates a nuanced appreciation for a subject that other, narrower courses cannot offer.
