The Central Judaic Library presents the collections of the Jewish Historical Institute in digital form on the Internet. The mission of CBJ is to make all the JHI collections available and, by placing them in a historical context, to build a working tool for historians, genealogists and people interested in the culture and history of Jews in Poland. CBJ's collections include the Ringelblum Archive, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Polona is a website created by the National Library of Poland through which the resources of the National Library and other institutions are made available free of charge in digital form.

The Book Institute aims to promote and popularize Polish literature abroad.

The Institute of Slavic Studies (established in 1954) conducts research in linguistics, literary studies, cultural studies, history, ethnology and sociology. It offers doctoral studies and is entitled to confer PhD in linguistics and cultural studies, and postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in linguistics.
