Access to Restricted Resources

To access restricted resources and enable EndNote's "Find Full Text" feature from off campus, use the Virtual Private Networking (VPN) UCLA authentication option.

To access restricted resources and enable EndNote's "Find Full Text" feature from your laptop on campus, use either the UCLA_WIFI wireless network or the eduroam wireless network.

Why isn't it working with Safari?

There are known problems with Direct Export options from databases when using Safari and sometimes Internet Explorer on Macs. To fix this problem, Endnote recommends using Mozilla as the preferred browser on Macs (see EndNote Knowledge base for further developments).
