OCLC FirstSearch catalog includes citations for books, journals, manuscripts, maps, music scores, sound recordings, films, computer files, newspapers, slides, videotapes, archival material, etc., in libraries around the world. - UCLA Film & Television Archive Catalog This link opens in a new windowMotion pictures (silent era, classic Hollywood, independent cinema, LGBT collections, documentaries and newsreels, animated cartoons, foreign and contemporary American films), television (American telecasting from 1945 to date), and news and public affairs programs (1950 to date).

- UCLA Film and Television ArchiveThe UCLA Film & Television Archive is the second largest moving image archive in the United States after the Library of Congress, and the world’s largest university-based media archive. Screenwriter-director Curtis Hanson (Eight Mile, L.A. Confidential) is the Archive's Honorary Chairman. The Film and Television Archive holds the moving image portions of many of the Library Special Collections collections.
- UCLA Arts Library: Film and Television MaterialsMaterials in the Arts Library film and television collection encompass monographs, reference works, periodicals, and microforms on the history, criticism, and theory of film and television, with particular strengths in American and European film and Third Cinema, or cinemas of the developing world. The library also selectively collects works on the production, including pre- and post-production, of film and television in support of the academic curriculum in this area.
